In this paper, we took the directly affiliate industry of the State Grid Corporation as the research object to analyse and diagnose the employment pattern of the directly affiliate industry with labor theory and employment theory. After determining the problem of the employment patterns, we forecast the development trend of directly affiliate industry and got the requirements of the directly affiliate industry employment pattern. And then we put forward the objective and scheme which could improve the criterion of the directly affiliate industry employment pattern. This study would optimize the employment pattern of the State Grid directly affiliate industry and ensure to get the human resources advantages of the State Grid directly affiliate industry. |
