Real estate industry is a pillar industry of national economy and is a typical industry of collecting fund. In recent years, national economy of our country maintained the good situation which continues to grow. Due to the development of economy and enhancement of national income, the demand for real estate increased rapidly. And this situation also stimulates the real estate industry growing fast in our country. Especially effected by the innovation of national housing policy and expanding of domestic demand, real estate acquires a brilliant prospect. Investment for this industry gets rapid growth and real estate has become new points of national economic growth.But with the high-speeded development of real state, the loan on real estates appears to trend up and becomes the mentioned-above subject. But many things indicate that there are a lot of latent risks in the transactions of the loan. These risks may influence not only overall bank assets quality but also the development of the entire industry of real estate directly, even the financial system and the steady health economic development of entire country. Therefore, it is very important to study the risk management of the real estate loan business.Therefore, the thesis selects the real estate loan of China Construction Bank(CCB) Nantong branch to study. First, it introduces the basal things of real estate loan in China Construction Bank Nantong branch. Then it explains the risk management theory of the real estate loan business and chooses two typical examples to analyse the loan risks. Finally, based on the combination of above-said analysis and China Construction Bank Nantong branch other conditions, it provides the management countermeasures and suggestion on order to take precautions against different risks.The author, based on longtime loan of real estate practice and experience in China Construction Bank Nantong branch and deep investigation consultation with relative authorities, integrating the methods of theoretic and practical analysis, quantitative and qualitative analysis, attempts to make some highly operational suggestions to help commercial banks to prevent loan risks of real estate.
