The risk of real estate loan as a newly developed and remain to be improved mode offinancing are many and varied. How to strengthen risk management, especially thosestate–owned bank, As yet, the problem has not been resolved. This paper introduced the processand measures of real estate loan risk management and analyzed the problems in ChinaConstruction Bank, then posed relational polices.The thesis includes three parts:Part one point out research aim and meaning, summarizing the literature of real estate loanrisk management at the present in the world.Part two point out the previous risk management of real estate projects. This part is thetheoretical foundation of this paper, which elaborates the main risk and the lesson extractingfrom American.Part three introduces the risk identification of project A. This part analyses the projectbackground and the loan procedure flow in The Tang Shan branch of China Construction Bank.Then introduces the risk identification of project A.Part four introduces the risk assessment of project A. The thesis assesses loan riskqualitatively and quantitatively in two aspects: the assessment of customers risk and the project.Part five introduces the risk replied measure of project A. The thesis produces repliedmeasure of real estate loan risk in two aspects: pre-risk control and after-risk control.Finally, it is the conclusion of studying and look into the distance.
