Entering into the WTO for China, especially the globalization of world economy and the information uptrend, the furniture business faces the great challenge for the time being because of absence the feasible competition criterion and scientific management for the domestic furniture retailing business and discrepancy with the foreign advanced management. What is the most prominent is that the task of the marketing propagation in furniture business belongs in the primary step for the current furniture retailing business and cannot achieve the prospective goal because it lacks of systematization, validity and maneuverability and lower resource arrangement for the furniture retailing business.The main intention of this paper is to analyze arrangement of marketing resources to improve sale and get further in formation how to make the limited resources into the mass tools of marketing propagation so as to acquire the relatively optimal allocation weight and improve the sale and brand value for the shops, finally attain the purpose.The paper illustrates the basic theories for the tools of marketing propagation, marketing propagation, marketing propagation resources, arrangement of marketing propagation resources and mix-marketing propagation .Then it introduces the background of enterprise and surroundings analysis and the marketing orientation and goals of enterprise.After that the paper puts emphasis to the analysis process of effective arrangement for marketing resource. It compares actual with intending sales & brand values within one year through the questionnaire in order to verify whether the arrangement of marketing propagation resource is effective or not then make a adjustment and improvement. Therefore it has the arrangement of marketing propagation resource more effective.The research result of this paper is seeking for the final arrangement weight of marketing propagation resource conforms to the real state for C company and has the significant reference value.Eventually, this paper describes the meaning of effective arrangement of marketing propagation resource and the feasible marketing propagation activities for the furniture retailing enterprises. Besides, it designs the scientific effective arrangement system of marketing resource with the method of qualitative and quantitative analyses in order to provide the scientific theory and practicing measure for C furniture retailing enterprises and also the valuable references for the development of the furniture retailing enterprise in the future.
