However, in China, many Chinese scholars lack of in-depth theoretical research to it. With the acceleration of the process of globalization, the Values of Chinese businesses executives have gradually been showing deficiencies, which become increasingly unsuited to the modern requirements of the development. A lot of problems show up which have attracted extensive attention of domestic and foreign experts and scholars. China's high-ranking managers have been in serious reflection and exploration: How can my capability meet today's social reform requirements?This paper aims at the above problems, and researches on a bankleader's experiences and successful stories. On the basis of in-depth analysis of The formation of leadership, it gives a detailed discussion of leadership in the form of expression, the difficult problems encountered in the process of formation and puts forward appropriate countermeasures.
