With the rapid development of enterprises, their attention to resources is also deepened, hoping to create the maximum value with limited resources. As one of the important resources of enterprises, people have been paid great attention in the practice of enterprise management. On the one hand,as an independent individual, there are differences in thinking and behavior. On the other hand, leaders are at the core of an organization and play a crucial role. The behavior of leaders also influences the thinking and behavior of employees. In this regard, most scholars only theoretically explore the effect of a single leadership approach on employees. But human behavior is not static. With the change of time, people's state and behavior will also change. At the same time,in the enterprise practice management of Chinese domestic environment, the ambidextrous leadership approach needs to meet the new demands of complex and dynamic environment changes. In order to solve this demand and supplement relevant theoretical research, this paper analyzes the impact of transformation and transaction dual leadership on employee innovation behavior.Based on the theory of social exchange and ambidextrous leadership, this paper introduces psychological capital as an intermediary variable and work values as a moderator variable to constructs a theoretical model of transformation and transaction ambidextrous leadership and employee innovation behavior.Explore the effects of leadership styles on employee innovation behavior over a continuous period of time. The research was divided into two stages, and questionnaires were distributed and collected in these two consecutive stages. In the first stage,350 questionnaires were distributed, and 273 valid questionnaires were collected. The second-stage questionnaire was distributed to the respondents in the first stage,a total of 273 questionnaires were distributed, and 261 valid questionnaires were collected.Finally,SPSS20.0 software was used to conduct an empirical analysis of the questionnaires collected in this study to verify the research hypothesis. The results show that(1)transformational leadership has a positive impact on employees' innovation behavior;(2)transactional leadership has a positive impact on employees' innovation behavior;(3)psychologicalcapital plays a partial intermediary role between transformational leadership and employees' innovative behaviors;(4)psychological capital plays a partial mediating role between transactional leadership and employee innovation behavior;(5)with the change of time, the positive influence of transformational leadership on employees' innovation behavior will weaken, comfort and safety values play a moderating role;(6)as time goes by,transactional leadership will have a less positive impact on employees' innovative behaviors, comfort and safety values play a moderating role.
