The traditional management has been unable to adapt the new request completely, and the development of the times is appealing the management must join the new factor, or reconsider existing question. The sense of employee's happiness becomes more and more important, and the advance of "happy management" is in accordance with the requirements of the times. Enjoyable Management research based on employee's happiness will certainly to emerge an important position in the management theory.Because the complexity of humanity hypothesis, managers have to recognize employee in systematic and dynamic views, then consider how to motivate employees' positivity. In modern management, managers should have to comprehend employees' emotions more, use happiness management make employees feel happy.Enjoyable Management, as a new management model aims at improving employees' happiness, is highly affected and promoted by the development of positive psychology. Employee can achieve happiness if positive psychology becomes a dominant psychological status during his working time. This essay analyze how Enjoyable Management educate and sustain employees' positive psychology from three dimentionalities, that is, active working environment construction, employees' positive personality training and active emotional experience during employees' work.Any management mode needs a certain leading value as directive guideline. Enjoyable Management requests to build an emotional identification atmosphere in enterprise. As its special status in enterprise, the leader's value reflects as emotional connection between formal organization rules and personal needs. The leader should to be trained with value system of Enjoyable Management to practice it effectively.
