Multinational companies as a global business models, have absolute superiority such as abundant funds, the huge size, advanced technology, and worldwide distribution network. But with the advent of the knowledge economy, knowledge and the economy makes the close relationship, and then the intellectual capital assets become the key to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises. More and more multinational companies comply with the development of the economic situation began to develop enterprise intellectual capital to maintain competitive advantage.In previous studies, scholars have pointed out that intellectual capital and general corporate performance has positive correlation relationship and the intellectual capital could enhance business performance. But the empirical research between the intellectual capital and business performance is still relatively few. It is a new perspective to reseach on the impact of intellectual capital to the enterprises performance for multinational.This paper review the theory of intellectual capital and the business performance of multinational companies, and understand the situation of the development of intellectual capital from multinational companies. On the basis of this, this paper used the methods of empirical analysis to srueral for several multinational companies by questionnaire. Based on survey data of the questionnaire, we could draw conclusions by the use of statistical analysis of the management model. We could also understand that the constituent elements of intellectual capital make the impact for the multinational companies' business performance. And then analysis the development of the intellectual capital of multinational companies makes the inspiration for China's companies.
