Architectural Decoration Factory Production Research

In recent years, the industrialization of the building decoration has produced the concern of personage in building decoration industry. Its idea is changing the traditional hand-workshop for the production of modern industrial production. Industrial design theory as a guide,it is to find the the splice point between personality of the decorative design and the mass of modern industrial production. Theories from various disciplines are discussed,such as industrial design, manufacturing science, management and information. With these theories,it formes the decoration integrated operating system the paper proposed.This paper mainly stats principles from the development of the industry. In this paper, researching on the decoration enterprises and the furniture enterprises, analysis of the existing experience and relevant theoretical of the building decoration industrialization, is the basic researching methods. The concepts,such as standardize, parts integration, enterprise collaborative, are proposed after extensive interviews of decoration industry people. Adoption of this study is providing a useful reference to how to seize the development priorities of the decorative industry in the future.
