Research On The Selection And Evaluation Of Green Building Parts Suppliers From The Perspective Of Residential Industrialization

At present,the normative system of China's green building development and housing industrialization construction is imperfect,lead to industrialization of residential projects follow the traditional short-term cooperation as the main way to choose suppliers.Therefore,in the propulsion process of green development and housing industrialization,how to choose the green building component supplier scientifically and reasonably becomes a big problem.In order to solve this problem,the following research work has been done in this paper:1.By using the research methods of literature review and practice,this paper studies the evaluation standard system of green building,housing industrialization and the theory of supplier;It is concluded that green building is the only way for the development of housing industrialization,and the construction industry in China is bound to transformation and upgrading in the direction of housing industrialization,green building component as the basic unit of industrial housing,improve the relevant supplier selection evaluation index system and evaluation model is of great significance.2.Based on the analysis of the theory of residential industrialization,green building parts and supplier selection,considering the internal requirements of the industrial housing for the supplier selection,the paper puts forward the selection process of green building parts suppers,and the evaluation index system of green building parts supplier selection evaluation index system based on product value,enterprise capability,green development and cooperation potential is established,which includes 4 first-level indicators,13 secondary indicators,and 42 third-level indicators.3.Analysised the advantages and disadvantages of the related mathematical evaluation method,select AHP,Kent index method and catastrophe progression method,integrate advantage of each method,the supplier selection evaluation model of green building parts is established.The model considers the interaction among the indexes,and it can greatly reduce the influence of subjective factors in the selection process,the evaluation process can achieve good scientific and reasonable.4.The evaluation index system and evaluation model of the green building component supplier selection is applied to the case of a real estate supplier to choose the unit bathroom supplier.The application results well proved the practicability of the index system and evaluation model,and which also provides the basis for the decision of supplier.
