This article analyzes the customers'loyalty from the brand-new angle and elaborates that enterprise (this studying object of this article is productive configuration enterprises) innovation is helpful in enhancing the customers'loyalty to the enterprise. With the increasing market competition day-by-day and customers'enhancement for the cost, more and more enterprises start to pay great attention to enhancing the cultivation of customers'loyalty, realizing that cultivating the customers'loyalty is the developing product of times and the need of increasing developing economic market and it is seasonable. Formulates and implements for customers'loyalty management provide comprehensive and various service for the customers. Fulfilling high promise of the customers themselves becomes one of the ways to establish and maintain customers'loyalty, but this is also insufficient. Because the customers can keep loyal to original enterprise only in the situation that there is no other better choice, namely establishing enterprises'own unique competitive advantages. Therefore this article proposes to study the customers'loyalty from a brand-new angle based on absorbing the predecessors'research and establish the basic model of customers'loyalty from the innovative angle, also it proposes corresponding strategy to cultivate the customers'loyalty.This article first proposes the significance and goal of the selected topic and introduces the basic content of the enterprises'innovation, Also it analyzes the factors influencing on the customers'loyalty based on the enterprises'innovation and constructs the customers'loyalty , finally it concludes, predicts and summarizes the conclusion and insufficiency of this article research.
