Sd Region Of Xx Company In The Supply Chain Perspective, Overseas Logistics System Planning Studies

As the quick development of world trade and the aggravated unification of global economy, in China– the world's factory, there are lots of powerful local enterprises joined the global markets competition. During the competition with foreign leading companies, more and more Chinese companies realized that the current competition is not only the competition among each single company, but also the competition between different supply chains. The logistics system is a lgistical channel of the supply chain and its management is one of of important things included in supply chain management. For an enterprise, how to establish the right strategic of logistics which fits to its development and how to support the products oversea market expansion are truly the core problem related to its life or death.Firstly , this paper summarizes the concepts and theories which were used in the paper about the field of managerial science. And then, from the viewpoint of the supply chain system, the article analyzes the various factors'relationships within the logistical system and the logistics management strategy within the integration process of supply chain.As follows, through collecting the company's facts and statistics data about SD area, it presents the current status of company logistics management oversea.Finally, This article is mainly to analyze and research the XX company's logistics management with SWOT analysis method and product life cycle of theory, and give some suggestions related to optimize the logistics system oporation. Moreover the company logistics should that how to support the developing of marketing, how to institute logistics stratagem and choose a plan to match the company's target under the oversea environment of competition. So that XX company is able to make the efficient product coordination, reasonable transportation & stock and also achieve the on-time cargo delivery, cooperate with project's development, enhance customer's satisfaction under the minimum of cost .I hope the results of my paper can take action to XX enterprise's logistics, at the same time offer reference sense for the construction of oversea logistics in the national homogeneous retail chain enterprises as well.
