China's Offshore Financial Market Development Issues

Offshore financial market(OFM)was growing fast with frequent innovation of financial system,and booming after the freedom of finance spread all over the planet.Formed in the late of 1950s,it has been the integral part of modern nternational financial system.In Asia,OFM came to its climax as lots of regional offshore financial centers were built in Singapore,Japan,HK and brought lots of profits and conveniences to the countries,even promoted the enormous leap of the economies.This paper tried to make studies on OFM of Chinese state-owned in light of China's actual situation,using empirical method and with modern ecohomy,financial theory,indicated that the offshore banking business is the result of financial liberalization and internationalization and that it should be one of the most important innovations in the financial developing history.Then analyzed the developing status of the offshore banking business and summed up the experiences in the practice in China.With the help of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)analyzed the factors in forming OFM and seted up an index system,then gave its countermeasures.In the preface,the author made an introduction to the background and significance of this study,then introduced the structure of this paper.Chapter 1, concluded the studies on OFM,then give the advices.Chapter 2 investigated the theories foundation of OFM,according to analyze the material,macroscopic and microscopic foundation.Chapter 3 researched on the process of offshore financial market and the deep reasons of its development.Chapter 4 conclude and analyze the experiences and lessons of our former offshore financial businesses,learn from the experiences of foreign OFM.Chapter 5 with chapter 2 of three aspect theories foundation for the index sign,the author analyzed the factors in forming OFM and seted up an index system,which includes 10 factors.With the help of the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)and Fuzzy Evaluation,the chapter evaluated the factor of OFM.Chapter 6 analyzed the strategy in forming OFM:Magnetic pole developing strategy.From the angle of government guides,regional option and mode orientation, expatiated to how to establish it,put forward some suggestions about the regional option,mode orientation,and so on.At the end gave some advices to establish the OFM.
