Study On The Development Conditions Of Shanghai Offshore Trade Center

The continuous deepening of economic globalization is reflected in the transformation of trade patterns in the field of international trade.Offshore trade is the result of in-depth development of onshore trade.As a new type of trade,offshore trade has thrived in Hong Kong,Singapore and other countries and regions.It has not only promoted economic growth and transformation,but also formed control and allocation of global resources,and has won favorable terms for international trade status.However,the development of offshore trade in China has just begun.Among them,Shanghai has the most favorable conditions for the development of offshore trade,and is the first choice for the establishment of an offshore trade center in the mainland of China.It should actively explore its own development path for offshore trade.The paper reviewed the current research status of offshore and offshore trade development conditions at home and abroad,detailedly analyzed the theoretical basis for the development conditions of offshore trade and offshore trade,and set up an analysis path for the development conditions of offshore trade and established the evaluation system for development conditions of offshore trade,selecting macro index data of major cities in the Mainland(Beijing,Shanghai,Guangzhou,and Shenzhen)from 2007 to 2016 as research samples,using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and AHP method to construct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model and a hierarchical structure model,and then to conduct a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the development conditions of offshore trade;on this basis,a comparative analysis method will be used to conduct international comparison between Shanghai and the existing offshore trade centers(Hong Kong,Singapore).The results of the study show that Shanghai is the best city for mainland China to develop offshore trade,but it still has a big gap with the existing offshore trade centers(Hong Kong,Singapore).The research results more comprehensively and accurately analyze the gap between Shanghai and the existing offshore trade centers(Hong Kong and Singapore),and provide reference for the development and optimization of Shanghai offshore trade development conditions.
