Related party transaction (RPT) suffers more and more of thoughtful of, because it has become the stumbling block of our capital market's development. To some extent RPT has become the pronoun of the listed company's income manipulation.So far, the government has made a series of law and rules to regulate the RPTs of listed company, so that they can be more reasonable. But, there still exist some questions.This text try to study how to control the RPTs of listed company by investigating the current situation the RPTs and analyzing the supervision of the transactions. And then, the author will appraise the monitoring system in China comparing with foreign countries' .In the end, the author will put forward some advices to perfect the supervision of listed company's RPTs.The whole text is divided into five parts. The first part explains the definition of related party and RPTs, identifies their classifications, and clarifies some ambiguities of RPTs in practice. The second part analyzes the characteristics of RPT of listed company in China. The third part surveys the current situation of the RPT supervision , appraises the measure to control the related party transactions at present, and point out the problems existed. The fourth part introduces the development of the RPT monitoring system abroad. At last, the author put forward some suggestions.
