In recent years, with the increasingly fierce competition on the beer beverages package manufacturing market, the quality of products is a prerequisite, rather than the only factor influencing the competitiveness of an enterprise. Therefore, more and more enterprises in the industry become interested in the issues about enhancing the core competitiveness of an enterprise and establishing a long-term friendly cooperation with its clients.Based on the "custom satisfaction theory" , with Nanjing Light Industry Machinery Manufacturing Plant as its subject, this thesis analyzes the development trend of the current beer package manufacturing industry, the market demand as well as the competitors involved, attempting to find a practical method to measure the customer satisfaction within the industry. "The customer satisfaction measurement" proposed by the author has been tested in beer beverages package manufacturing enterprise in Jiangsu province and it has been proved effective in improving the business management. This measurement has provided the reliable theoretical basis for the market development and strategies for the enterprises concerned. It has played a positive role in increasing customer resources proportion and enhancing the overall competitiveness of the enterprises.
