The paper based on the background of Shenguang S&T Co.,Ltd. With the guide of customer service principle and around the aim of customer service, the efforts were centered on two parts. The first is the customer satisfaction evaluation in Shenguang, and the second is the improvement measures presented on customer service system.According to the particularity of battery industry and the fact of Shenguang, the innovative concept was presented based on the customer service theory. From the service introduction in the battery industry and Shenguang, the paper brief described the actual customer service status in Shenguang, and analyzed the problems exist based on the customer service satisfaction evaluation. To ensure the veracity and system of the analysis, the qualitative, quantitative, mathematical and logical analysis methods were adopted, which also ensure the correctness of conclusion. With related science rationale and method, the effective improvement scheme was designed on the problems.The improved evaluation and improvement method in this paper focus on solve the customer service problems exist in Shenguang, which lead to great significance on customer service, product quality and customer satisfactory improvement in Shenguang.
