Based on the study of leadership theories, we choose superior management as object of research. Upper echelons theory found the link among senior managers' demographic characteristics, company operation, organizational outcome, but it failed to reach a consistent conclusion. In recent years, most researchers examine the relationship between team characteristics and firm performance by analysing the environment variables and the mediation factor through which TMTs actually influence performance. The result of researches makes up a dificit in the classical theory and provides helpful guidance for the next study.Regarded leader's traits as independent variables, performance, as dependent variables, superior management team characteristics as control variables, we connect them together organically. By using SEW(Structure Equation Modeling)and multiple comparison, we analyzed the results and drew some conclusion. Thus, the hypothesis of demographic characteristics, company operation, performance of top management team proposed in this paper is validated.
