Bancassurance Joint Venture Development Model Study

In China, Bancassurance is still at an early stage. The popular practice model of bancassurance is Sales Agreement between the Insurance Companies and the banks. Compared to practical results of the mature model, our model contains a lot of problems which will bring adverse influences on the development of the bancassurance business. Therefore this article, based on the theory and experience as well as the successful development pattern, is trying to find out how to develop our Bancassurance industry and attempts to provide the certain theory model.This article contains five parts:Part 1: Explain the meaning of Bancassurance and research the question of "why the bancassurance comes into birth"; Part 2: Introduce and analyze model Sales Agreement in western countries; Part 3: Introduce the popular mode Sales Agreement in china and SWOT; Part 4: find out that the suitable model for our Bancassurance and suggests that the supervisory law system.
