The rural land policy in China is a focus on social and hot issues, is the crux of the problem of "agriculture, countryside and farmers". Rural land system to promote rural economic growth and social development plays a vital role. In recent years, China's economic and social in some profound changes, coupled with a series of agricultural laws and regulations enacted. It not only changed the system of agricultural land changes in the external environment, but also to change the system of agricultural land has put forward new requirements. Agricultural innovation system becomes necessary and possibly.Guizhou province has its own special situation in the provinces. With the increase in population, reducing land, land Grinding level deeper, exhaustion of soil, the number and quality of agricultural changes and so on in an endless stream, the urgent need some new institutional arrangements for agricultural land. Therefore Guizhou Province develop a new system of agricultural land should be in the draw on the experience of other regions, in accordance with the specific situation of the province to explore for its own path.Based on a new perspective, the more microscopic perspective, we select Meitan county land reform and Jinsha County as a pilot study sample, to test the relevance of both the "karst" and "Guizhou population pressure" with the "Change of rural land policies in Guizhou System".
