The architecture industry is one relates the national economy and the people's livelihood the prop foundation industry, as the important strength which draws the rate of economic development, takes the architecture industry an important constituent, the Project Quality Examination profession along with the continuously improvement of people's consciousness about quality to attach importance to. Along with the continuous deepening of economic reform, market economic system gradually improving, in particular, the State Council promulgated the "Opinion which implements after Economical Verification Class Society Facilitating agency and Government departments gets unhooked remanufacture" (Guobanfa [1999]No.92) for the remanufacture of institutions, the introduction competitive system, taked the marketability, socialized, the specialized intermediary service nature path has provided the development direction. As the progressive position gradually being clear about, various types of examination units all starts to embark on restructuring restructuring. But in the reforming phase, in the standardized and regularized market economy, how can gradually introduce the brand marketing strategy of the market marketing idea to the construction examination profession, truly cause the construction examination profession to reform which can adapt the market shift, the fast growth development, also truly achieve just, fair, accurate and scientific examination organization, is the requirement of the times is the trend of the times.The author works many years in the construction scientific research examination enterprise, has a more comprehensive understanding to the construction examination technical service operation way, has the certain understanding to the problems in our province construction examination profession, and to the market marketing, the modern business management and the brand marketing theory all has the certain research. Therefore, hoped through taking the brand marketing pattern of Guizhou Province constructs examination center as the case, explores the brand marketing pattern's foundation of the effective construction examination, so as to providing the certain reference to the further development of the construction examination profession.
