China's Real Estate Valuation Of Listed Companies

The topic of the thesis is about valuation methods for Chinese Real Estate public companies.Firstly the thesis analyzes the factors which will influence the valuation of real estate public company. The analysis is conducted from three aspects, macro economy, real estate industry and public company. Through the qualitative analysis, we can know what these factors are and to what extent they influence the valuation.Secondly the thesis analyzes which valuation model is most applicable for Chinese Real Estate public companies. What is the applicability and what should we pay attention to when applying it? Then we draw the conclusion that FCFE model is best suitable for Chinese Real Estate public companies.At last the thesis uses FCFE model to evaluate Wanke Company, draws some conclusion and gives investors some advice.
