China Securities Direct Business Internal Risk Control System Research

Based on the theories of internal risk control and venture capital, analyzing the lessons and experiences from foreign countries and domestic security investment funds, this dissertation is focused on the study of direct investment business and its internal risk control of security companies, which is an experimental operation in China, and to provide improvement suggestions from the microeconomic perspectives. In addition, it is helpful to draw relevant experiences from internal risk control of security investment funds and know how to pursue an appropriate internal risk control mechanism for China's security companies in the future operation mode.
