It also introduces the concept, significance and general exit ways of industrial investment fund.The third section introduces the development and exit ways of industry investment fund in our country, draws lessons from exit mechanism of industrial investment fund in the United States, and analyzes exit ways of industry investment fund in our country.The forth section analyzes the intractable problems and performance evaluation in exit system of industry investment fund in our country. It indicates that the intractable problems are faultiness in capital market, legal restriction, inefficiency in transaction of property rights and absence of an efficient service environment and professional. The section analyzes performance evaluation in four aspects.The last section puts forward some advices to solve the problems of exit mechanism of industry investment fund in our country, such as building second board stage by stage, developing market of property right transaction. In addition, our government must create favorable policy circumstance in order that industry investment fund exit.
