A Td-scdma Implementation Of The Project To Improve Research

This paper described the OM activities of the TD-SCDMA project from the operation platform of A company. It analyzed thoroughly the issues in five aspects such as requirement forecast, purchase, capacity plan, product management and stock management, and provided some improvement measures for them. At the same time, this paper investigated what have to be paid attention to and what need to be abandoned in several points like increasing time competition, cost down, improving quality and accelerating delivery during the operation management.The focus on the requirement forecast from traditional efficiency management pattern should be abandoned. People need to spend more time and energy on response. The requirement forecast pulled purchase should be weakened, and switch to the orders pulled. Priority should be put on the fastest reaction to the requirement which can not be forecasted.The project team should fully utilize the cooperation agreement with DT and its advantage of R&D capability. Make the transparency of purchase price to reduce the purchase cost. In the mean time, use various ways to cut the LT for raw materials to speed up response and weaken the function of requirement forecast.The function of product management is efficient in both the time and the cost competition, but it is comparatively passive. The project team should pay more attention to produce time and cost affected by R&D management issues, involve in R&D later period positively and help them to solve big design issues which would affect the production. That is the positive way to gain the initiative in time competition.The stock management link could be used as the cost-focusing process as well as the time competition process. It is also a synthetically process would affected by the other operation management links. It could not depend on itself. The competitive effect of other four links mentioned before could make work of stock management qualified and efficient.This paper quoted a lot of cases. Various issues occurs possibly in project management process of manufacture factory have been expounded and analyzed. I tried to find out the efficient key point of competition for all of the management links. And attempt to submit the suggestion on saving of time and cost, improving of production efficiency and flexibility. Hope to provide a reference for same kind of manufacture factory on OM.
