Private enterprises is one of the most active components in China's economic plate . The hardcore employee is the key in these enterprises with the key knowledge and skills, and they are also a powerful weapon of enterprises to participate in the market competition. But at this stage of China's, private enterprises don't have the management idea of hardcore employee yet. Private enterprises, on one hand recruit " hardcore employee" from exterior with high wage and, on the other hand, they have the "hardcore employee" lost of their own constantly. Therefore, it's become the top urgent problem for the private enterprises have to face that how they protect their "hardcore employee" from leaving, and the long-term motivation of which as well.Based on the definition of hardcore employee at home and abroad, on the basis of a survey of the synthesis of motivation theory, A in-depth survey is constituted from the Youth Automotive Group of 175 hardcore employees. New methods and theories are providing to retain motivate hardcore employees for private enterprises after investigating characteristics of hardcore employees, motivation intention and motivation way. And analyze, summarize, refine through the SPSS software.The article is mainly made up of four parts: part 1 is the object and significance of research, part 2 is literature review. Part 3 is case analyse, and part 4 is the long-term motivation management of hardcore employee for private enterprises .The settlement of long-term motivation problem of Private Enterprise hardcore employees is a strong basis for private enterprises to retain talent employees, make good use of personnel and provide career planning. The following several ways to settle the long-term incentive problem of Private Enterprise Hardcore employees are discussed in the thesis : including establishing reasonable remuneration system, improving enterprise performance management system, establishing and perfecting the system of incentive options to strengthen the hardcore employee training, and to help the hardcore employees to do "good" career planning, the work of the adaptability of its employee, which is interested in enhancing employee communication and creating a harmonious atmosphere, building the organizational culture of harmony and establishing common values.
