Xi'an College Gate Antique Blocks Tourism Attraction Research

With the development of the city of Xi'an, which has a strong appeal to visitors such as the history of architecture, the history district has become inevitablly extinction. In order to retain the memory of history, continuity the historical context, antique street came into being. In the city's antique street development, the theory and practice research is almost empty, so there are many merits problem need to depth study. College door is the first ancient culture street of Xi'an, to study the attractiveness of its tourism can not only enhance the social benefits,but can also linkage around the area, co-led the Xi'an tourism development to achieve economic efficiency.so this study has important theoretical and practical significance.In this paper, The innovation is that we use a creative method that combined qualitative and quantitative s, and had more in-depth studies in Antique Gate of Xi'an College door to its tourist attraction by factor analysis and analytic hierarchy process. This thesis has six parts: Chapter I is the introduction, which describes the research background, the significance and the problem are reviewed;In chapter II,the author pointed out the based research to this article, and summarized the domestic and international overview of relevant research,in addition,attempting to define the conceptual of antique street. In chapter III ,it summaried the profile of China's antique street, and analyzed its features and shortage about a few representative antique district. In chapter IV, the author put forward the impact of tourism attraction factors of Xi'an College Door based on the questionnaire survey and literature review. In chapter V, the author use SPSS to analyze, and then extracted factor categories to establishe the model of Xi'an College door tourist attraction, moreover,we obtained scores of the factor weights; In chapter VI, we bring forward suggestions to increase the antique tourist attraction of college street. In this paper, we obtained the various factors and their weight to affect its tourism attractiveness,which through in-depth surveys and studies to Xi'an College door, and put forward the corresponding Countermeasures and suggestions based on an the results of analysis.We hope it will have some inspiration to the tourism development of College door as well as China's antique street tourism development.
