Enterprise Semi-structured Decision-making Information Resources Integration

This thesis,on the analysis of information resources integration and semi-structured decision-making,using comparing the same-different point and analysis-integrated research method,in view of existing enterprise information resources to conduct a detailed analysis,and combined with my own opinion, established a set of effective theoretical system structure and mathematical model.On the analysis of the information resource integration,the logical and deductive method has been taken onto account to expatiate the approaches,which has been deeply considered,including the exterior environment and interior information of the enterprise,gap analysis between the aim and the facts,so that we can get the most valuable factors and methods as well as a better semi-structural decision-making. Finally,by using analogy,I bring out information capable value on a whole and build up a mathematical modal helping with the semi-structural decision-making from a perspective of conforming and using the informatics resources,which will fill up the blank of this field.The first and the second part of this thesis start from the concept of the analysis of the semi-structural decision-making of the enterprise and information resource integration.According to the current facts of the rapid development of our enterprise informationization and the setback situation of the information resource management system,it analyses the necessary of integrating information resource and points out the method of semi-structure decision-making,and then puts forward the eight contents of information resource integration;the third part exclaims the entire modal of the integration in this strategy as well as the strategical value and the analysis of the competition;the fourth part expatiates the method of integration,the evaluation of capable value and its formula,the mathematical modal of the strategy and how to use all of them to recombine the information and optimize the strategy,which makes the information integration play a much bigger role in this strategy and make the strategy to be a real science;the fifth part exclaims the practical problem and value of the information integration;the sixth part is a conclusion that will bring a light to other people.Based on the analysis above,this thesis describes systematic content of informational resource integration in the semi-structured decision-making of enterprise and this integrating mode integrates information into,strategy-related informative content,so that we can more effectively improve the quality of enterprise semi-structured decision-making.
