Research On Tobacco Industry And Commerce Logistics Information Resources Integration And Decision-making

The construction of modern logistics is the inevitable choice of tobacco industry for sustainable, stable, coordinated and healthy development. The primary task of the development on tobacco modern logistics is the integration of tobacco industry and commerce logistics information resources, through which tobacco companies can accord with new competitive environment, release themselves from the constraints of resources, and create new competitive advantages in order to improve the overall competitiveness of the tobacco industry.This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is the introduction, including the introduction of the issue about this study, present research condition home and abroad, significance and methods of this research, and the framework of this paper. The second chapter is about the basic theories and methods, including tobacco logistics management, logistics information resource management, SOA technology and game theory. The third chapter illustrates the concept, characteristics and distribution of tobacco industry and commerce logistics information resources, and summarizes the problems of its management. Chapter four analyzes the necessity, principles and objectives of integration and proposes that the model of integration is to use SOA technology to build collaborative logistics information platform for the tobacco industry and commerce, and then the key technologies, the overall structure, the access mechanisms and the functions are described. The main contents of Chapter five are listed as follows:discussing the applicability and the type of applying game theory to decision-making of integration, establishing the game mode as well as solving it, and analyzing the conditions carrying out integration and the factors affecting integration. The last chapter is the conclusions and points out the prospect of future development.This paper aims to build SOA-based collaborative logistics information platform in order to achieve the integration of tobacco industry and commerce logistics information resources. The purpose of the paper is still to provide timely and accurate data for the tobacco industry's production and logistics activities, and as well as information support for the close connection with tobacco industry and commercial enterprises and the establishment of new tobacco supply chain.
