Hsbc Bank's Credit Management

The ultimate goal to commercial bank is profit maximization. As one of the primary business, loan business could impact the success of commercial bank dramatically in terms of its quality and revenue. Therefore, all the commercial banks over the world attach more importance to the management of loan business and quality control.Chinese commercial banks are in the environment where many foreign banks are entering into this market and full of chances and challenges. With the acceleration of finance reform, many problems rise from the horizon. Among them, the low quality of loan business and increase of non performing loan hamper the development of domestic commercial banks. So this dissertation is trying to use the successful example of The Hongkong and Shanghai Banking Corporation to offer some feasible suggestion and recommendation to our commercial banks with respect to loan administration and system.
