Credit sales take full advantage of the company's existing production capacity, and expand sales of the product to increase its market share, increase their market competitiveness, and increase the company's profits. However, in bringing these benefits, but it also have many problems and hidden dangers, leading to the increasing balance of accounts receivable if improperly controlled. The high level of accounts receivable is bound to the production and operation of enterprises have an adverse impact. Accounts receivable is high, on the one hand, caused by the customer reasons, on the other hand, caused by the enterprises' imperfections of management; two factors will cause losses to enterprises.In recent years, with Company A high-speed growth of revenue over the years, receivables are continuing rise, the quality of accounts receivable and there have also been some problems. In order to operate the company as well as the sustainable development and expansion objectives, hope to do some suggestions for improvement of accounts receivable management through research.This paper is divided into five chapters. Chapter I, Introduction, raising questions on the background and significance, and recalling existing research analysis. Chapter II, Status of Company A accounts receivable, accounts receivable aging, quality and the risks faced. Chapter III, Company A formed the reasons for the accounts receivable, Company A accounts receivable reasons for the formation of an external and internal analysis, accounts receivable management pointed out the problems that exist. Chapter IV, Company A accounts receivable management program, accounts receivable management for the problems, proposed solutions. Chapter V, the paper concluded with limitations, the results of research on this brief summary, presented papers limitations.
