| Along with the development of economic globalization and financial integration, the evolution of international finance has appeared obvious variety since 1970. The most obvious trend is that the differences among various financial industries are becoming faint. The comprehensive operating and management of financing institutions has already become an obvious trend. Under the influence of this trend, as the important innovation of the international finance management system, financial holding company has already been adopted by more and more nations and regions. Now our country is becoming a member of the global economic financial integration faster and faster. Institutions of all countries and regions of WTO can operate by law by the end of 2006. The large financial groups of foreign countries have many advantages such as funds, management level and innovative ability. In addition, they can make use of the advantage of comprehensive management to earn more profit. At the same time, there is a series of problem such as the high bad loan rate and low capital rate in the financial institutions of our country. Facing the powerful rival, the financial institutions of our country must extend operating scale and scope to improve the comprehensive competition ability. It is a realistic choice that our country develop financial holding company by changing the system, reorganizing and buying the existing financing institutions to strengthen the competitive ability of our country' s financial institutions.Under the influence of the direction of the globe financial comprehensive management, the traditional business limits of our country' s financial institutions became more indistinct, not only between the bank of financial institution and the non-bank of financial institution, but also between the financial institution and the non-financial institution. So the phenomenon give rise to the practical problem with the law frame and under the financial divided management condition the financial reform and the trend of the comprehensive management. Think over our country' s financial development level and ability of our supervision , the holding company is an more ideal choice, although our county' s financial system is still the strict financial divided management , the relative law and the regulation provide room for establish the holding company, and now our country appeared lot of financial holding company and quasi-financial holding company .nowadays , our law and the relative regulation have not the special regulations , furthermore the financial holding company are charged by the different supervision institution . to study the financial holding company and promote the reasonable suggestion is necessary for the ask of the practice.The research topic of the thesis is choose of supervision method of our county' s financial holding company. The thesis includes four chapters:At first , chapter 1 analyzes the creation and the background of the topic , the present research achievements in our country and another countries, the innovation of my research and something need improve.Chapter 2 is the theoretical foundation of the thesis . Part 1 analyzes the characteristic of the financial holding company, including the business features and the risk features, the distinguishing features are key influence for us to select the supervision method. Part 2 describes the supervision method of theoretical, including the exterior and interior theories .Part 3 provides the supervision methods of the financial holding company. Chapter 3 and chapter 4 are the cores of the thesis. Chapter 3 studies the developed countries and regions supervision methods to the financial holding company, compares the effects and efficiency of the different supervision method, and helps us to find out favorable and beneficial experience.Chapter 4 analyzes how to set up the proper supervision method of the financial holding company in China, and the conditions to adapt to realize the supervision method. |
