Due to the rapid development of the domestic economic, the female social status is being greatly raised in the recent years. More female leaders are entering the mid and top management exerting their unique charm and leadership, thus causing the female leadership study becoming one of the hot topics within the realm of domestic management research. The paper adopts the method of sample questionnaire to collect and analysis the data and to study how gender can influence their attitude towards hierarchy of needs, leader and decision-making styles. Besides, the paper studies the influence of age, education and position on the above three aspects.The paper adopts the method of sampling questionnaire to collect data and uses the ANOVA method to analyze the data. According to the data collection and analysis, the paper comes out the following results:1. Nowadays male leaders still dominate the domestic management while the proportion of female leaders is relatively low. Besides, female leaders receive the same education as male leaders do. Therefore, gender doesn' t have much influence on their attitude towards hierarchy of needs and leader style. But it does some impact on the decision-making style.2. With growth of age and the accumulation of the work experience, people will tend to review their and self-modify their behavior, thus causing their leader and decision-making style finally become moderation after a series of fluctuation.3. Levels of education and position have significant impact on need satisfaction, leader and decision-making style and they develop towards a certain style.According to the above results and Chinese status quo, the paper proposes the following suggestions:1. Continue the current research on the Chinese female leader style.2. Different people should be encouraged by different way in accordance with their attitude towards hierarchy of needs.3. Continue the promotion of democratic leader style.4. More efforts should be put into research of the autocratic leader style effectiveness.5. Cautions should be paid to prevent the moderation trend of leader and decision-making style.At last, the paper forecasts the research of domestic female leader style. Other factors such as industry scale and ownership structure of the company can be introduced to leader style study. Meanwhile, further study on the same leaders' lead and decision-making style in different period can be carried out.
