Distribution channel management is the important content of supply chain management,and the selection of distribution channel has the significant meaning for manufacturer.A good distribution channel network can not only increase the turnover and market reputation,but also bring new development motivity and business opportunity to the manufacturer.Nowadays,the selection and promotion of channel is also emotional to middle-small enterprise,it brings many disadvantage to the enterprise development.Alone with the development of market economy,the competition of product is just the competition of channel.Manufacturer increasingly enhance the management of distribution channel in which the selection and promotion of channel is supposed to be more important.The thesis combines the theory of sales management and operating management, expounds the definitions and functions of distribution channel and the selection and promotion of distribution channel,analyses the evidence of channel selection and the method of channel promotion.Reach a conclusion on the estimate model which based on the distribution channel selection of entire supply chain management.Explain the application of channel selection and channel promotion in the practical operational cases,raise some methods which are more operational.
