With the process of the globalization acceleration, the strength of the enterprises increase stronger and the impact of have been profound. At the same time, the enterprises have been made a profound role in economic society and other field. At the same time, social responsibility is becoming increasingly important. Therefore, corporate social responsibility has been an increasing concern for the theory and business. Stakeholder theory throughout the research areas of economics, management, ethics and other disciplines, scholars combine it and corporate social responsibility, which made corporate social responsibility going into a new stage of development. The competitiveness of enterprises has always been a hot issue in the theoretical and business. Different schools made a lot of research from their own perspective on how to create and maintain competitiveness. Since the1990s, with widespread recognition and support of all sectors of the corporate social responsibility, corporate social responsibility has been thinked of the important part.The purpose of the paper is exploring the relationship between the corporate social responsibility and the competitiveness of enterprises. First of all, from the origination of the corporate social responsibility, and on the basis of reviewing the important literature on stakeholder theory and the theory of competitiveness, put a series of index system at the reference other scholars, as well as assumptions of this article; And then from the perspective of stakeholders, traded the energy companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen as example. Deal with the sample companies financial data with SPSS16.0statistical software data through factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and analysis of variance. Finally draw conclusions the relationship of corporate social responsibility; corporate competitiveness.The results show that, corporate will significantly enhance their competitiveness by committing the responsibility of shareholders, client, government and community, however, the responsibility to staff and supplier not enhance their competitiveness significantly, which need to be test in a long period.
