Study Of The Transmission Mechanism Of The Interaction Of Financial Development And Income Gap Of Urban Residents

In recent years, research topic on the relationships between financial development and income gap has become a hot issue in academic field. On the basis of the multidimensional interpretation of financial development, Our main characteristic in this paper is the interactive transmission mechanism which exists a dual direction effect between financial development and income gap while other scholars only concentrate on the single influence effect. Further more, this article draws a win-win conclusion through three aspects on theoretical framework, current status and quantitative inspection and provides theoretical basis for policy makers.In details, this article contains six chapters: Chapter I introduces the background information and significance of main topic, the definition and research methods of basic concepts, and innovation and shortcomings. Chapter II reviews basic theories on financial development and income gap. Chapter III constructs a interactive transmission system between financial development and income gap from two directions. Chapter IV makes a brielf introduction of current status in Shanghai involving financial development and income gap.
