Service marketing has applied in the service trade, and show its extraordinary charm. Along with economy of china developing and social productivity flourishing, the production of social supply exceeds demand. therefore, service marketing has gradually become one of core competitive Power. In the knowledge economy era, enterprise's duty already transforms manufacture product and the sales product into the creation value and the transmission value from the industrial economical times, the service marketing is process of transfers the customer value. It's a newest and urgent to design and construct a set of Service marketing system which is scientific, apt to the Chinese environment and incentive to the enterprise's development to the Chinese enterprises in the knowledge and globalize era. The system analysis and compare analysis method is used in the paper. After the examination and the analysis to the Marketing System of Bio life sciences equipment of lab Co. Ltd, I comment that the important role of the Service Marketing in the development of the enterprise.At first, I introduce the theory of the Service Marketing which include Service Quality Management, Internal Marketing, The Value Chain of Service, they made up of the basis of the article. Then I introducing service marketing strategy request is raised surrounding enterprise total strategy before analyzed Bio company, market and technical circumstances. First, according to the Bio company realistic situation and depending on the theory of service marketing, it is built that the Bio company customer service marketing strategy, which takes customer as service center. Second, proposed the suggestion that establish life science synthetical platform by the correlative sale. Third, analyzed the Producing reasons of different service quality in Bio company and solved remediable measure of the gap. Finally, build a better relationship to the customer and enhance the quality of marketing team so that guarantee to carry out Bio Company service marketing Strategy.
