With the development at top speed of Chinese economic, promotion process of WTO, opening to being protected fields gradually, it brings greatly marketing attraction to the global enterprise. The competition of domestic market become worse because many well-known foreign's enterprise go into China, therefore, it takes a huge challenge to Chinese traditional enterprise. How to achieve the advantage in the competition is facing severe problem for the current enterprise.This paper takes XG company as a study object. XG company is a large hi-tech enterprise of state-run controlling stock, which produces electronic-vacuum device, high and low voltage assembly of distribution and application electron products. Facing to the severe market competition and opportunity at present, the severe problem of XG company is that how to obtain the leading advantage to compete with internal and external famous enterprise, expand domestic and international market, bring the biggest growth of profits for company. In this paper, it is base on the service marketing profit chain, give direction depending on service marketing theories. According to the actual problem of XG company, building unique service marketing strategy which takes customer as center are raised.In this paper, introducing service marketing strategy request is raised surrounding enterprise total strategy before analyzed the industry of XG company, market and technical circumstances. First, according to the XG company realistic situation and depending on the theory of service marketing, it is built that the XG company customer service marketing strategy, which takes customer as service center. Second, analyzed the producing reasons of different service quality in XG company and solved remediable measure of the gap. Finally, build a better relationship to the customer and enhance the quality of marketing team so that guarantee to carry out XG company service marketing strategy.
