In the recent years, in our country real estate industry was in the high speed period of expansion, has become the national economy pillar industry, was occupying the very important status in the national economy, benefited from the profession high repayment and the high income, the every large or small real estate company like mushroom growed, moreover the developed scale was getting bigger and bigger, especially in the big or media-sized cities, followed the real estate to develop massively, the urban urbanization advancement was getting quicker and quicker.Simultaneously we should also see that comparing with the developed country, our country real estate was still at the start stage, the laws and regulations system did not improve and waited for the international trail connection, the market mechanism and the market main body behavior was not standard, the housing quality, the estate management and the transmission service existence's question were also many. Solving these questions was lying in improving the industrial quality.
