The Establishment Of Free Trade Zone In The Sino-russian Border Crossing

The level of economy and trade between China and Russia has not been improved these years. In the past we consider the north of China as emphasis, Heilongjiang Province as the backing and the city of Hei He as the frontier. This small scale, low level economy and trade can't adapt to the current situation. China and Russia should pay more attention to the strategic upgrading of the two countries'economic cooperation and try to establish the bounded areas at the Sino-Russia ports, which can provide a platform for further cooperation. These can make the scale and level of Sino-Russia economy and trade larger and higher, create a new environment for economic cooperation, perfect trade rules, carry pluralistic cooperation in economy and trade, and play a valid demonstration, pulling and radiation function for economic development. These also can improve the opening of border regions to a higher degree and play a significant role in the Hei Longjiang Province and Northeast Asia's opening to the outside world and the economic development of the border regions. Finally, we can establish the free trade zone in Sino-Russia's frontier on the basis of port bounded area.Firstly, the thesis begins with the introduction of the research background, significances, the research situation at home and abroad, the research thought and methods and theoretical basis. Secondly, we combine theory with data and analyze the necessity and prospect of establishing bounded area in Sino-Russia's frontier. Thirdly, we can draw lessons from the function orientation, management modes and successful experience of domestic typical bounded areas. In the last part, the thesis gives the establishment of Sui Fenhe bounded area and Dong Ning bounded area as examples, analyzes the feasibility and economic benefit of establishing bounded areas and then make advancing strategy.
