Research On Promoting Free Trade Area Between China And Russia Based On Effects Analysis

Along with the process of economic globalization and regional economic integration has become an important trend of world development, and the rapid development of a free trade area has also become an important way of regional economic integration. Up to June2013, China is working with29countries on five continents and regions, building16FTA has been signed and implemented12free trade agreements. In2012, the Sino-Russian trade volume reached88.16billion U.S. dollars, an increase of11.2%, China has become Russia’s largest trading partner, accounting for over10%of Russia’s total international trade, while Russia is China’s ninth largest trading partner.2012, Russia formally joined the WTO, Russia will carry out international trade rules in the WTO legal framework, while Russia prepared to negotiate free trade with other countries. However, border trade and energy trade as the main Russian trade, increasingly can not adapt to the current situation. How to deepen and develop economic and trade relations between the two countries, more and more attention of scholars between the two countries. Under the background of economic complementarity and regional economic integration between the two countries, bilateral economic and trade relations between China and Russia should consider upgrading strategy, the establishment of a free trade zone to promote Sino-Russian economic and trade relations to a higher level, more large-scale forward.In this paper, a lot of reading literature, collect data on the basis of comparative advantage theory, theory of customs unions, free trade theory and intra-industry trade theory as the theoretical basis, first pointed out the reality of a free trade area between China and Russia infrastructure, describes the status quo in the area of bilateral trade between China and Russia, two-way investment, scientific and technological cooperation, energy cooperation, labor cooperation, cross-border cooperation in the development of the transport network construction and existing problems, and pointed out that as a building Russia FTA reality-based Special Economic Zone Overview; then, from natural resources, labor resources, scientific and technological strength, product mix four aspects of Sino-Russian economic complementarity, using index measures the role of foreign trade dependence on foreign trade between China and Russia, using revealed comparative advantage index and trade complementarity index measures China and Russia in international trade complementarity using a measure of intra-industry trade index level of trade between China and Russia within the industry; again, the analysis of economic effects of the construction of a free trade area between China and Russia generated by establishing the impact of trade gravity model of bilateral trade between China and other countries analyze factors that measure the current level of trade between China and Russia as " trade inadequate", the important role of infrastructure FTA on bilateral trade between China and Russia, and through the creation of local analytical models to predict the effect on trade between China and Russia FTA generated; Finally, according to the results of research and analysis, put forward suggestions to promote the construction of a free trade area between China and Russia.This paper analyzes the economic effects arising as a perspective on the free trade area between China and Russia to study in-depth analysis of factors affecting bilateral trade between China and the construction of a free trade zone on the Sino-Russian trade, and predicted to produce effects. Free trade zone between China and Russia will be a complex and lengthy process, I hope China and Russia can overcome difficulties and achieve goals, I hope this article will provide a theoretical basis for promoting free trade zone between China and Russia.
