Commercial banks play a pivotal role in the mobilization of social savings, the promotion of savings to invest in transformation, support national economic development. Bank credit asset quality is not high, the credit structure is irrational, as well as the resulting credit risk is high constrained the development of China's financial industry prominent problems.In this study, the basic logic is to practice from the norm, the main case study is based on law, and the core problem is that from the perspective of risk control for the restructuring of bank credit analysis and found that between the inherent logic of structural adjustment for the provision of bank credit new ideas and the basis.
