Symbiosis Symbiotic System Based On Csr's Enterprise And Its Financial Effect

Based on corporate social responsibility theory, symbiosis theory and cooperative game theory, this article analyzes that the corporation and its symbiotic community could produce increasing symbiotic new energy persistently through the symbiotic collaboration and could realize financial symbiotic effect. In the theoretical analyzing process, this article reveals the possibility and necessity for the corporation and its symbiotic units to realize the symbiotic relationship and analyze the evolution process.Using the method of empirical study, this article proves Symbiotic collaboration could realize the financial symbiotic effect and help the corporation to produce the increasing symbiotic new energy persistently.Based on the theory analysis and the empirical study, this article proves the conclusion that through cooperative game between the colonies having the incomplete benefit, the symbiotic community that make up of the corporation and its stakeholders could realize the financial symbiotic effect. The whole symbiotic community could keep increasing its income. The cost of corporate social responsibility paid by the corporation couldn't decrease its income, but could increase the income in future.This study has its realistic meaning. When there is a conflict between the corporation and its symbiotic units, the corporation couldn't intensify the conflict, but should try to keep the symbiotic relationship spontaneously to get the positive reaction from its symbiotic units. Only when the symbiotic community has the persistently increasing gross income, the corporation could gain more income to realize its own development persistently.
