In today's world,the cross-integration and extensive penetration of economic globalization,the rapid emergence and development of new technologies have made the boundary between industry and enterprises increasingly blurred,and continuously extended and expanded the relationship between innovation participants.Innovation activities are increasingly difficult to achieve by individual companies or organizations through independent innovation,but instead requires an ecosystem of symbiotic innovation.The innovation symbiosis units in the patent ecosystem need to not only focus on their own innovation behavior,but also need to change the innovation paradigm,adhering to the concept of symbiotic innovation and carrying out resource sharing and close cooperation with other entities in the system,and realize symbiotic development through complementary advantages and value co-creation.Symbiotic evolution is a core feature of the patent ecosystem.Each innovation symbiosis unit is actively advocating symbiotic cooperation and symbiotic innovation,but the problems of unclear target positioning,insufficient resource allocation,and low cooperation efficiency among the subjects still restrict the healthy development of the system.It is of great significance to clarify the mechanism of symbiosis formation,direction and path of symbiosis evolution in patent ecosystem.Based on this,this article took the symbiotic evolution and symbiotic development of innovation subjects as the core in the patent ecosystem,and used the methods of the symbiotic Lotka-Volterra model,evolutionary games,and gray estimation to explore the mechanism of symbiotic formation,analysis of symbiotic behavior,the mode of symbiotic evolution and the path of symbiotic evolution,putting forward the implementation mechanism and optimization strategy of the symbiotic development in the patent ecosystem.The research contents are as follows.(1)Symbiosis formation mechanism of innovation subjects.Based on the ecological attributes of the patent ecosystem,this paper deeply analyzed the basic elements,internal and external media and power source of the symbiosis of innovation subjects,and summarizes the overall architecture of the symbiosis of innovation subjects.(2)The Analysis of the symbiotic behavior of innovation subjects.Based on the characteristics of the symbiotic behavior of universities and enterprises in the patent ecosystem,this paper established a symbiotic game model,which considered trust of degree and symbiosis of degree,and deeply explored the dynamic evolution strategy of patent technology symbiotic innovation behavior between universities and enterprises in the context of the innovation ecosystem.(3)Symbiotic evolution model of innovation subjects.Based on the symbiotic innovation behavior of universities and enterprises,this paper established the symbiosis evolution model of universities and enterprises,analyzed the distribution and stability of the evolutionary equilibrium points of different symbiosis models,and revealed the evolution characteristics and the evolution of the symbiosis model in different development stages of the system.(4)The Path of Symbiotic Evolution of innovation subjects.Based on the ecological relationship of complex interaction of innovative subjects,a multi-agent symbiosis evolution model between the two companies and universities was constructed.Taking the patent data in the field of new energy vehicles as an example,the feasibility of the model was verified,and this paper simulated the evolution path of the innovation subjects under different symbiosis modes.(5)Symbiosis development realization of innovation subjects.This paper deeply analyzed and designed the realization mechanism of the symbiotic development of innovation subjects,and put forward countermeasures for upgrade and optimization strategies for symbiotic development.
