Supply Chain, Production And Transport Strategy For Coordinating Research In The Jit Environment

In recent years,JIT is widely used in the production,procurement,transportation,storage and some of other fields,greatly enhance efficiency and reduce the associated costs.Affected by the JIT,a lot of companies tend to turn the traditional approach into JIT production and procurement.JIT production requires inventory as little as possible to be stored,so we usually call"Zero".JIT production requires JIT procurement,so that in the procurement process,production,ordering and small-volume,multi-frequency transport is the attendant. This approach can not only coordinate procurement and production and improve the relationship between the supply and demand,but also greatly reduces the total supply chain costs.Thus,this thesis will have a study about coordination between the supplier and the buyer in the environment of JIT production and transportation.Paper is mainly directed against single vendor single buyer problem.According to the study of relative costs of both supplier and buyer,we determine the variables about production quantities and production batch of the supplier,as well as ordering and transportation quantities of the buyer.In addition,we also have the study of the three-tier supply chains.Specific studies are as follows:1)The order of the buyer is produced one time and transported for many times.This is mainly for the relative order which is not a lot of volume.The stage is the main basis for the study.2)The order of the buyer is produced not one times and still transported for many times. This is mainly for large quantities,this is the core of the thesis research.3)The study of the three-tier supply chain which is including raw materials suppliers, buyers and retailers Here is not only an effective complement for two-echelon supply chain model,but also a foundation to further study of supply chain management.The model determines the variables at the time of single decision-making,and also determines the relative variables at the time of joint decision-making.In the model,it is possible that one of the supplier and buyer is the dominant party,so he will make decision benefit himself,and this will inevitably increase the cost of the other side.The paper also analyze the factors which factors the cost of losses,and to determine the cost of the related losses,and then make some corresponding approach to strengthen the cooperation in the supply chain.In addition,the papers have a research about the three-tier supply chain in the JIT environment,which is included raw material suppliers,manufacturers and retailers.At the same time,in the research,we also make some numerical example to make sure that the results really come from practice,and then to guide effective practice.
