Supply chain management is a significant part of international enterprise management theory, and also an enterprise management research trend in our country. In this dissertation, the research is focused on problems of the supply and demand cooperation pattern, VMI (vendor managed inventory) and revenue sharing among partners were performed. The details are given as follows. With one supplier and one retailer, the ordering quantity problem was discussed in both collaboration and non-collaboration, in which we present two revenues: one is on respective side, the other is on the whole supply chain. A quantity discount model was also presented to keep the consistency between the retailer's revenue maximizing goal and the goal of the whole supply chain system.A simple system model consisting of one supplier and two retailers is presented, in which it is performed both stimulation calculation and demonstration analysis on the inventory management benefit caused by VMI. Meanwhile, a rational allocation result on the benefit brought by VMI is also achieved by using the Shapley value method.Research on an ordering game problem among retailers for a perishable product was performed. By taking an example of an airline company, the author discuss the ordering game between two retailers in a single-stage, two-echelon supply chain consisting of one supplier and two retailers, and conclude that the retailer game problem has the unique Nash equilibrium.
