Assessment And Measures Of Eco-efficiency Indicator System On The Development Of Circular Economy In Qingdao

Circular economy has been developing all over the world and it is also advocated widely in China.So more and more places in China carry out the development planning of circular economy and put it into practice.In order to get the more scientific approach to measure the development level of circular economy and analyze the circular economy development level of Qingdao,research ideas in this article are taken by the introduction of eco-efficiency theory.Point out that the eco-efficiency is an effective way to measure the development level of circular economy.And then construct a set of eco-efficiency indicators system which is used to study the development level of circular economy. Combined with the specific circumstances of Qingdao and the introduction experience of Germany,Finland and other developed countries,it is further pointed out what the main indicator should include in eco-efficiency indicators system of Qingdao.Finally,evaluate the level of circular economy development in Qingdao with the application of eco-efficiency indicator system.Get the result that Qingdao should pay more attention on emission control as well as adjust the energy structure based on the analysis of this article.This article is based on the basic theories and methods of ecological economics, resource economics,environmental economics and combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis.At the same time,analyze small regional circular economy development in use of eco-efficiency indicators system which is strong geographic targeted.Put forward specific proposals combined with the specific circumstances of different areas,provide the preliminary studies results for the future development of circular economy of Qingdao,increase the scientific circular economy development, promote the sound development of circular economy.
