Manufacturing Circular Economy Efficiency Of China And Analysis On Influencing Factors

As the foundation of the national economic development,the manufacturing industry is the core essential factor in the national comprehensive competitiveness.The development of the manufacturing industry has played an important supporting role in the economic reform and development of our country in recent 40 years.In the nearly 40 years of reform and opening up,the manufacturing industry has come to a great development,from the start to the prosperity,even some areas of it have located in the forefront in the world.The huge manufacturing industry not only brought significant economic benefits,but also brought a sharp excessive resource consumption.Due to ignoring the ecological environment bearing ability,some problems such as ecological degradation and the environmental pollution are emerge.With the insufficient resources and the environment pressure,transformation and upgrading of manufacturing industry in our country should choose a circulation development mode.To demonstrate the choice of manufacturing industry circulation economy development pattern,this paper states the theoretical point of the circular economy firstly,thus derives to the concept and connotation of manufacturing circular economy and analyzes the present situation and problems of manufacturing circular economy in our country with the standard deviation ellipse method(SDE)and the qualitative analysis methods.This paper measures the efficiency of manufacturing cycle economy calculation of 30 provinces with the Four-stages DEA research method and the Bootstrap-DEA method from the angle of space and the time,and analyzes the influencing factors with the spatial econometric models.At last,suggestions and opinions on improving the circular economic efficiency of the manufacturing industry are proposed.Conclusions are as follows:First of all,in the aspect of the current situation and problems of manufacturing circular economy,this paper reveals that China's regional manufacturing limitations gradually has been broken,a single eastern area manufacturing gathering situation gradually extended to the central,the western and northeastern areas.The situation has come to multivariate from gathering to spreading.The major area situates in the North China Plain and the Middle-Lower Yangtze Plain area.The center of the major area has moved toward the southeast direction,and gathered to coastal region.The concept of circular economy has been accepted,the pilot area has obtained significant results.Laws and regulations system on the circular economy mode have established and the industrial system is gradually completed.The main problems are as follows: the unification of circular economy has not been formed in strategic layout,the body responsibility is not clear,the administrative functions is lack,and attentions are mainly on the terminal drive but the intermediate links are neglected and some bottleneck obstacles exist obviously.Secondly,in the aspect of the manufacturing circular economy's efficiency,this paper reveals that the efficiency has risen gradually,and the differences between different provinces are huge.The circular economy efficiency pattern is from the southeast coastal to the central area and to the northwest inland area.There are obvious spatial auto correlations and significant spatial spillover effects.There is a Matthew effect of spatial distribution,that is,the overall distribution of efficiency develops towards "high-high" aggregation and "low-low" aggregation along with time.Finally,in the aspect of influencing factors.This paper reveals that the intensity of R&D investment,the number of patents,the volume of export trade,the GDP of the region and the proportion of the tertiary industry have positive impacts on the manufacturing circular economy efficiency.The proportion of state-owned economy has a negative impact on the manufacturing circular economy efficiency.In addition,the most significant five aspects of evaluation indexes are different in the space,that is to say,the degree of influence factors exist space differences,but the effects are consistency.
