Finally,it concludes the innovations and inadequacies in this article.In chapter 2 we reviews the theories on industrial structure restructuring and the theories on industrial structure evolution mode,as well as the relevant theories and views of experts and scholars about the industrial structure optimizing at home and abroad, especially the mechanism of knowledge innovation and industrial optimization.At last,it analyses the above theories and aspects to seek the original motivation and adjustment path of industrial structure changes.In chapter 3,first of all,on the basis of analyzing the general condition and the evolution process of the emergence and growth of individual industries,the author discusses how the knowledge innovation to influence the overall industrial development process by using the life-cycle theory.After that,it does a research on the generation mechanism of the knowledge innovation source in an regional centre.Thirdly he classify the factors affecting the industrial structure into three categories:the economic system environmental factors such as social and economic systems,economic development strategies and industrial policies;the supply factors for instance resource endowment,knowledge innovation and industrial organization;the consumer demand factors,for example the per capita disposable income,population size,populations concentration in consumer preference only single-upgraded.By comparing the interaction mechanism and internal transmission mechanism of these factors and industrial structure,the author regards knowledge innovation as the original driving force to promote the optimization of the industrial structure,either in the single-core region or in the multi-core region.Finally, he analyzes the diffusion channels and forms of knowledge and its mechanism to the industrial structure and also discussed the mechanism process and space-proliferation mode between knowledge innovation and regional industrial structure optimization under the closed economic environment,in order to discuss the industrial sector replacement mechanisms and the process of the innovation source spreading from the regional centre to the surrounding areas in the region.In chapter 4,in the open economic environment where exists Factors of production floating and competitive and cooperative relations among innovative sources,he analyzes the original industrial structure evolving system and the economic characteristics of the late-developing region,especially the changes happened in the late-developing region in closed economic environment.Following this,he discussed the strategic path sequence for the late-developing region from two respect of technology innovation road and trade policy.In the end,he analyzed the mechanism of the multi-core regions.In the open and knowledge-based economic environment,he build a general pattern of industrial structure optimization for late-developing region,including economic environment analyzing,bottleneck,strategic path sequence,main point,affection mechanisms,objections,policy support system and so on.In chapter5,this article proposes some policy and measures to develop knowledge-based industries and optimizing the regional industrial structure,for example: broadening the availability of financial resources,strengthening human resource supporting system and intermediary service system;promoting industrial integration and upgrading traditional industries;accelerating the urbanization process;building a service-type government,strengthening regional cooperativeness and coordination to avoid vicious competition among the regions that causes serious waste,creating a good social environment of knowledge innovation.As the Conclusion,this article point out that the innovating capacity and diffusion level of knowledge is the core of regional competitive and it also play a crucial role on the state of the regional industrial structure and the economic development prospect. Late-developing regions have to participate actively in the division of labor in a greater scope to introduce and absorb new knowledge of the developed areas during the regional cooperation,creating conditions initiatively to undertake the transferring of incoming industry that has no longer comparative advantage in the developed areas.With urbanization as Vectors and nodes of knowledge dissemination and diffusion,we should play the affection of the growth peak.Meanwhile,the basic guarantee of upgrading the industrial structure and coordinated regional development is to break the general industrial developing sequence to develop the knowledge-industries and play the late-developing advantage by using the unbalanced developing theory,which is also the fundamental approach to implement the scientific concept of development and convert the economy developing mode realistically.
