Result from fierce competition in market, organizationand members of it are working and living under high pressure nowadays.Undoubtedly, this do damaged the health for both of them a lot. And decrease of the orgnization's health will reduce the satisfaction of its staff, which directly to obstruct the way to march for the goals of the enterprise.For this paper we will begin our discussion with the concept of Organization Health,and I will introduce the global achivements in this field.My study is based on a joint-adventure company which was founded in 1990's , and covers the process of the very beginning of its foundation, development and the present situation.My study method is that our team managed a complete organization health survey, and then analysed the data by statistics, which enable us to find out the key incentive elements and give improving measures intentionally and effectively.I played an important role in the survey by organizing and supervising thoroughly.In order to ensure we make a professional reliable yet fair and pulic survey, we use a professional consulting company to do it.That's why I am not do the statics job on my own.But I hope the analysis and application of the research result I made do make a meaning for you and your company in similar organazation health survey by working as a reference and inspirations.
